Tavix for Work
Shared knowledge, AI teammates and the controls IT asks for.
- SSO and SCIM
- Access-aware search
- Every action logged
- No training on your data
What you get
One Tuti for the whole company.
Company knowledge
Cited answers, only from what each person may see.
AI teammates
Workers with their own name, inbox and Slack account.
Safe by default
Risky actions wait for a person to approve.
Run by admins
SSO, roles, audit log and exports.
Organization and access
Set up your company once.
Invite people, group them and sign in with your identity provider.
- Invite by email or by company domain. No email? Share the link.
- Groups and roles decide who can do what.
- SSO (OIDC and SAML) and SCIM, built in. Admins can require SSO.
- Company apps like Slack belong to the company, not one person.
- When someone leaves, their sessions end and their memory is handed over.

Answers from your own docs.
Connect your apps. Ask in plain words. Get answers with sources.
- Connects to Drive, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Confluence, Jira, Linear, files and the web.
- Every answer shows its sources. Can’t see one? Ask for access.
- Verified answers come first. A gaps list shows what the docs can’t answer. Two docs disagree? It tells you.
- An exposure scan finds over-shared files and fixes them in one click.
- Claude, Cursor and other AI tools can ask it too, with the same rules.
Try asking
What’s our refund policy?
- Searched Drive, Notion and Slack
- Skipped the Board deck: not shared with Sales
- Used Dana’s verified answer (Memory)
Done: 30 days, full refund. 2 sources.
Two keys, one rule.
Tuti uses a document only when both keys turn.
- Key 1: the app lets you open it
- Key 2: its owner shared it to your Space
Both must say yes, every time. Each search is logged.

AI teammates
Teammates with a real job.
Each has a name, a role, its own inbox and its own Slack account.
- Its own account, marked as an agent. The log shows who did what.
- Its own email address. It reads mail, and sends only after you approve the real message.
- Mention it in a Slack channel like a coworker.
- Tasks, scorecards and digests show what it did and how often you agreed.
- Delegate: give it authority for one defined job.

Safety and approvals
It asks before anything risky.
Every action gets a risk score. People approve the risky ones.
- Money and email to outsiders score high. Reading a doc scores low.
- Content from outside is marked tainted. If it tries to trigger something risky, a person decides first.
- Approve by push, Slack, email or the web inbox. You see the exact action.
- Money approvals are signed by the approver’s own device.
- Secret scanning on model traffic, a site list for agent browsers and one kill switch for every teammate.
Smart approvals

- Can’t be undone

- Held it: money plus outside content
Needs approval: Dana approves $480, signed on her phone
Done: Paid $480. Logged with the approval.
Workflows
Automate a job once.
Describe it in a sentence. Tuti builds steps you can see and edit.
- Starts on a schedule, a webhook, an incoming email or a Slack message.
- Dry run first: nothing is sent.
- Each run happens exactly once, even after a crash.
- Steps that need approval pause until someone approves.
- Ten starter kits to begin with.
